Worked to support Northeast Georgia major accounts with technical services and data solutions such as PRI and BRI ISDN, xDSL, and T-1 solutions as well as premise equipment such as PBX, key systems, voicemail and data equipment.

• Direct line of communication to Northeast Georgia Major accounts for company 40 (old STC area) and portions of the old GTE service areas (Rabun and Stephens Counties)
• Assisted technicians by remaining on call to consult or physically assist on technical projects.
